PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler controller capable of conducting most appropriate boiler operation, in an operation using boiler advance control by a pulse signal of remote control. SOLUTION: In the boiler controller, an addition process of pulse length of subsequently reaching remote control signal can be conducted while calculating an output variation ratio by an output target value setting means 24 as a process from a pulse width detection means 22 for adding pulse length c of a remote control signal A sent from a remote control site 1 to a power generation plant 3 to an output variation quantity calculation means 23 is separated from a following process of the output target value setting means 24.
