PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a break pad and a disc brake of a simple structure, capable of reducing brake noise and improving the effect of the brake. SOLUTION: In this hybrid brake pad divided into two areas of a first frictional material 5 and a second frictional material 3, the first frictional material 5 is mounted at a holding part side of a brake caliper, and the second frictional material 3 is mounted at a side opposite to the holding part of the brake caliper.
