PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helical planetary gear reduction gear capable of suppressing displacement in thrust direction of a planetary gear and a carrier and reducing loss of rotation driving force. SOLUTION: This helical planetary gear reduction gear 1 is provided with a sun gear 3 connected with a rotary shaft and turning, an internal gear 6 arranged coaxially with the sun gear 3, the planetary gear 5 screw-fitted into the sun gear 3 and the internal gear 6, and a first turning body 7 supporting the planetary gear 5 rotatably and supported rotatably and coaxially with the sun gear 3, and each gear is formed by a helical gear to decelerate rotation operation of the sun gear 3 and transmit it to the first turning body 7. A flange 16 overlapping on the planetary gear 5 is constituted in the first turning body 7. This helical planetary gear reduction gear is provided with a first thrust bearing 12 abutted on an end part of the flange 16 and supporting the flange 16 turnably, a second thrust bearing 13 abutted on a tip of a connection pin 21 and supporting the flange 16 in thrust direction, and an energizing member 17 for energizing the first thrust bearing 12.
