PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a movable part driving mechanism capable of quickly compensating and suppressing influence of periodic disturbance given on the movable part driving mechanism and improving stability of control and accuracy of control by that. SOLUTION: The control device 1 for a variable cam phase mechanism 70 on which periodic disturbance is given, searches a map value Rcyc_bs_cin of a disturbance compensation value from a map in ROM2c (step 6), calculates disturbance compensation value Rcyc_cin by compensating the same according to engine revolution speed NE (step 7, 8), calculates reference input Rsld_f for cam phase control by a predetermined control algorithm according to the disturbance compensation value Rcyc_cin, and calculates phase control input Ucain (step 25).
