PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine rotational speed controller of a high-pressure washer capable of increasing (stabilizing) working efficiency by controlling an engine rotational speed according to the execution and stop of water releasing operation by a simple structure and reducing noise while increasing fuel economy. SOLUTION: This controller comprises an actuator controlling the openingθTH of a throttle valve installed in the intake passage of an engine. When the water releasing operation is determined to be executed (S20), an engine rotational speed NE (target engine rotational speed NED) is raised to a working rotational speed NEDa (S26). When the water releasing operation is determined to be not executed (S28), the driving of the actuator is controlled so that the engine rotational speed NE can be lowered to an operation stopping rotational speed NEDi (S32).
