PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior structure that is easily constructed while improving the degree of design freedom and acquiring variegated appearance by mounting members of relatively large load such as a girder, a beam, for connecting exterior structures to each other or connecting the exterior structure to a house, without carrying out removal machining of a plate for covering a frame, and mounting relatively lightweight members directly to the plate. SOLUTION: The periphery of the frame 3 built up with an aluminum alloy extruded shapes is covered with wooden cement boards 4, 5 fixed to the frame 3, to constitute the exterior structure. Fittings can be fitted to the wooden cement boards 4, 5 by drilling tapping screws passing through the wooden cement boards 4, 5 to reach the frame 3, and the girder and beam of relatively large load can be connected by the fittings.
