PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance storage property of a seat cushion by a simple link constitution. SOLUTION: The seat cushion 18 of a rear seat 10 is movably mounted to a floor panel 14 by a seat rail 20 and is detachable relative to an upper rail 24. The seat cushion 18 is connected to a recessed part 16 of the floor panel 14 through a first link 28 and the seat cushion 18 and a seat back 19 are connected through a second link 38.
