PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery (distribution and transportation) slip, which can improve the effectiveness of advertising. SOLUTION: This delivery slip is so constituted as to carry advertisements on its rear surface and to carry advertisement of one company-several companies. Thus, its realization is possible even in the delivery (distribution and transportation) slip having any shape and advertising propaganda can be possible in two places by carrying advertisement on the rear surfaces of a consignor duplicate slip and of a consignee slip and an employing delivery company can also economize the printing cost of the delivery slip by means of advertising income.
