PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strategy board towel having excellent water-absorbing property, portability, and image clearness where crack or falling due to pulling or folding never occurs and a pattern of the plane figure of a court for sports is given. SOLUTION: In the strategy board, the pattern of the plane view pattern of a court for sports dyed with a sublimating dye (sublimating dye dyed layer 2) is displayed on a cloth 1 where polyester fibers and/or nylon fibers are mixed at a ratio of≥50 mass% and where the loop length and pile length of a printing surface are≤3.0 mm. As a fiber for the cloth 1, when the fiber of≥10 mass% composed of an ultrafine fiber of≤20μm thickness is used, the water-absorbing property which has been the defect of synthetic fibers is improved and water-absorbing property equivalent to cotton cloth is given, and portability is excellent. Since the ultrafine synthetic fibers are dyed with the sublimating dye, the crack or falling never occurs at the pattern even when the cloth is pulled or folded.
