PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ashtray mounting structure in a game machine capable of constituting either a game machine in a smoking area or the one in a non-smoking area, and especially capable of preventing the game machine in the non-smoking area from being modified to the one in the smoking area by a player without permission. SOLUTION: The ashtray 3 is mounted on a mounting face 21 of a front panel 2 in the pachinko game machine 1. The position of the ashtray 3 can be changed to an engagement position 301 where a mounting face side engagement part 22 and an ashtray side engagement part 33 are engaged with each other, or to an engagement released position 302 where the engagement is released by moving the ashtray 3 in the axial direction L of a turning shaft part 32. When the ashtray 3 is in the engagement position 301 by turning the ashtray in the axial direction L of the turning shaft part 32, the ashtray can be fixed in a smoking state 303 with a receiving recess 311 of an ashtray body 31 turning upward or in a non-smoking state 304 with the receiving recess turning downward. The mounting face 21 has a preventing member 4 for preventing the ashtray 3 from moving to the engagement released position 302. The preventing member 4 is stored inside the mounting face 21.
