PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance of a mechanism and extremely simplify the maintenance of the mechanism part by attaining the progress of a work and the removal of bits of fried food by a same component, reducing the weight and simplifying the structure when frying food materials into deep-fried food, fried food, or the like. SOLUTION: This automatic continuous fryer is constituted of an oil pot and a frame body mounted on and engaged with the oil pot, turning wheels are provided in the both ends of the frame body, a traction body is engaged across the turning wheels; and a turning shaft is provided in one end of the frame body, and engaged with a bearing part provided in a machine body receiving part to freely turn and detachably attach the frame body.
