PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and easily prevent the connection state that a mounting part is connected with the ground in the state of being mounted on a human body. SOLUTION: On the basis of detection signals respectively inputted from an antenna connection detection part 21, a communication cable connection detection part 22 and an initialized state detection part 23, when a display device 4 is connected in the state of sticking an antenna to a testee, a control part C immediately detects the connection state, generates alarm sound from a speaker 28 and makes coping by the testee or a doctor or the like possible.
