PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformed microorganism which comprises only a desired gene, a fragment thereof or modifications in a gene and further comprises as few other DNA used for cloning as possible or no DNA. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a recombinant strain except fungi, wherein the recombinant strain is characterized in that an acetoamidase gene is deleted after the recombinant strain is transformed using the acetoamidase as a selection marker gene.
