An ultrasonic treatment tool (10) comprises an oscillator assembly (16) generating an ultrasonic oscillation, a probe (14) mountable removably on the oscillator assembly and having a part (46) for treating a biological tissue at the forward end part thereof, and a body unit assembly (12) capable of mounting the oscillator assembly and the probe and treating a biological tissue at the treating part when it is operated by a technician while mounting the probe. The body unit assembly comprises a treatment assembly (26) having an acting part (134) facing the treating part of the probe at the forward end, and a handle assembly (22) mountable removably on the base end part of the treatment assembly and bringing acting part close to the treating part of the probe or separating the acting part therefrom under mounted state.
