<p>The invention relates to a method for geothechnically characterising an underwater floor (B) involving at least one phase, wherein an acoustic wave is emitted by a source (1) and detected by a receiver streamer (2) and an analysis phase, wherein signals produced by receivers (21-24) are used for determining the physical parameters of a strata forming the floor (B). The inventive method uses the angle and frequency-dependence of the acoustic wave reflection coefficient on the interface formed by each stratum.</p> |
