FIELD: purification of sewage at production of chitine from carapaces of crustacea. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to purification of industrial sewage and may be used for purification of sewage at production of chitine from carapaces of crustacea. The method includes a two-stage purification of industrial sewage with the different pH containing albumens and mineral salts including removal of high-polymeric fractions of protein from an albumens-containing solution by achievement of their isoelectric point, and then removal from it the low-polymeric fractions of protein by a method of cosettling with use as a sorbent of the calcium hydrate separated from the sinks. At the first stage of purification execute extraction only of the high-molecular albumens by mixture of alkaline sinks with a part of acidic sinks in the ratio of 2:1-2.25:1 and before formation of the general sink with pH from 6.0 up to 6.5, and at the second stage of purification execute extraction of the low molecular weight albumens and mineral salts by mixture of the sinks purified from the high-molecular albumens at the first stage with the remained acidic sinks till formation of the general sink with pH equal or exceeding 7.
