A compound useful a remedy or a preventive for inflammatory diseases or autoimmune diseases in which IKK2 participate. Namely, a 2-aminopyridine derivative characterized by having a 2-hydroxyphenyl group at the 6-position and a saturated cyclic group containing a nitrogen atom such as piperidine a t the 4-position. Because of having an excellent antiinflammatory effect based on an IKK2 inhibitory effect, the above compound or a medicinal composition thereof is useful as a remedy or a preventive for inflammatory diseases or autoimmune diseases, in particular, rheumatoid arthritis.
