ACCOUNT TRANSFER PROCESSING INDICATING METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device which enable a user who will pay to an administrative organ and is found to have a bill of the administrative organ by authentication and confirmation with the bill, to receive a service of transfer to the administrative organ even in the case that the user is not an affiliate preliminarily registered for reception of a prescribed service.

SOLUTION: The user is identified by bill information from the administrative organ, and an instruction for transfer from a user's account to an account of the demanding organ is transmitted to a banking organ by the instruction for pay from the user.
