<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ID card to which forgery preventing measures for invalidating the illegal use of a non-contact IC medium(IC inlet) whose IC chip is connected to an antenna embedded in an ID card configuring the IC inlet due to its exchange by surely breaking down the antenna when the IC inlet is intentionally peeled and exchanged, is performed. <P>SOLUTION: This ID card A is configured by attaching an IC chip 1 for storing unique identification information and an antenna 2 for transmitting/receiving the identification information between an armor base material 4 forming the front and back faces equipped with adhesive layers 3.
