<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a reflective base plate which improves the yield of a panel by decreasing the bubbles generated at the back end of a transparent substrate during lamination. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the reflective base plate comprises extending the reflective base photosensitive element from the lower side of the transparent substrate and peeling (c) a protective film and laminating the same on the lower side of the conveyance surface of the transparent substrate in a process of laminating the reflective base photosensitive element laminated in order of (a) a ruggedness forming layer support film, (b) a reflective base photosensitive resin layer, and (c) the protective film on the transparent substrate. Further, a more preferable practice is to perform either of passing the element through heating rolls of 80 to 160°C after the lamination and setting the number of times of passing through the heating rolls at any of 1 to 5 times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
