PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly start a desired application APL in a mobile communication terminal starting a plurality of applications to simultaneously use them when the number of already started applications reaches a predetermined limit value . SOLUTION: An APL start determination means 71 retrieves a started APL list 76 to obtain the number of started applications when being instructed to start an application and determines that the application cannot be started in the case that the number of started applications reaches the predetermined limit value. When the APL start determination means determines that the application cannot be started, a terminating APL selection means 74 selects an application having a lower priority from the started applications as a terminating application on the basis of predetermines priorities of applications. An APL termination means 73 performs terminating processing of the terminating application selected by the terminating APL selection means 74 and deletes the terminating application from the started APL list 76.
