PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the slidable property of an endless belt in a fixing device. SOLUTION: The fixing device comprises a turnable fixing roll 61, the endless belt 62 capable of moving while coming into contact with the fixing roll 61, a pressure pad 64 arranged inside the endless belt 62 and forming a nip part N through which paper P passes between the fixing roll 61 and the endless belt 62, and a peeling nip member 64b formed of porous material and functioning as a lubricant supply member applying lubricant to the endless belt 62 while abutting on the inner peripheral surface of the endless belt 62 and as a pressure applying member.
