PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-air circulation type heating cooker capable of blowing out hot air into a heating chamber uniformly while changing a flow direction of the hot air, using one part of a wall face of the heating chamber. SOLUTION: A plurality of protrusions 50 is provided along a rotational direction of a centrifugal fan 22 in a deep wall of the heating chamber 12. The each protrusion 50 has a diffusing port 51 for blowing out the hot air, and a wind direction variable part 52 for varying a flowing direction of the hot air. The wind direction variable part 52 is positioned in a rotation-directional downstream of the centrifugal fan 22, and the diffusing port 51 is positioned in a rotation-directional upstream of the centrifugal fan 22. The hot air blown out from the diffusing port 51 collides with the wind direction variable part 52 to be blown out while its flowing direction is changed to a front face side of a storage area 41.
