PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolation pulley capable of preventing the displacement of a thrust bearing arranged between a press section of a pressure ring (pressure member) and a cover section of a pulley part. SOLUTION: The isolation pulley 101 is provided with a dumper part 1 having an inertia mass body 20, a pulley part 50 having a pulley groove 53 formed on a circumference part and a cover part 52 extending toward a center from the above circumference part, an elastic body 60 arranged between the above dumper part 1 and the above cover part 52, a press member 70 having a press part 72 facing the above cover part 52 to give the axial pre-load to the above elastic body 60 by pressing the above cover part 52 axially, a thrust bearing 80 arranged between the above press part 72 and the above cover part 52. The displacement prevention means 90 to prevent the radial displacement of the above thrust bearing 80 is provided between the above thrust bearing 80 and the above cover part 52.
