PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a safe, simple and short-time assembly work of a regenerating pipe which is assembled in an existing pipe, especially coupling work in a pipe length direction. SOLUTION: By pressing a segment member 1B into which a coupling member 11A is inserted in a pipe length direction with respect to a segment member 1A for a regenerating pipe to which a fixing nut 12 is secured and screwing a screw part 11a at one end of the coupling member 11A in the fixing nut 12 until reaching a position in which a nut part 11c at the other end is locked to a reinforcing plate 106 so as to be tightened, the segment member 1B is coupled to the segment member 1A in the pipe length direction. By pressing onto the segment member 1B the segment member 1C into which a coupling member 11B is inserted and screwing a screw part 11a of the coupling member 11B in the fixing nut until reaching a position in which the nut part 11c is locked to the reinforcing plate 106 so as to be tightened, moreover, the segment member 1C is coupled to the segment member 1B.
