PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preventive and therapeutic composition for digestive diseases having high safety and effectiveness, particularly obtain a preventive and therapeutic composition for gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastritis, diarrhea, enteritis, or the like, and obtain a composition having a new action mechanism in order to solve the problems on side effects that are difficult to be solved with conventional action mechanisms. SOLUTION: This invention provides a medicinal composition that contains, as an essential component, a component that activates PAR (protease activated receptor)-2 and is useful for prevention and treatment of gastrin releasing suppression, digestive tract mucus secretion promotion, digestive tract mucous membrane protection, digestive tract tissue restoration, and prevention and therapy for digestive diseases.
