PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging wall against smoke with ensured safety and improved decoration. SOLUTION: The hanging wall against smoke comprises a fluorescent lamp 10, thin and lightweight first and second screen curtains 12a, 12b with fire resistance and translucency, a first retaining part 20 which retains a light source and upper ends of the first and second screen curtains 12a, 12b, a second retaining part 21 retaining the lower ends of the first and second screen curtains 12a, 12b, and a connecting part 22 for connecting the first retaining part 20 and the second retaining part 21.
