PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at the facilitation of pivoting movements, up and down movements, elongating and contracting movements, and up and down rotative movements of a vertical transporting tube, a transporting tube for moving, a discharging tube, or the like, of a cereal-transporting and discharging tubular device on discharging the cereal grains to the outside of a machine body. SOLUTION: The subject cereal grain-discharging device is used by performing the approximate position-matching of position of a cereal-discharging port 14a of the discharging tube 14 for discharging the cereal grains with the position of a large cereal grain-receiving bag 6a by the left and right pivoting of the vertical transporting tube of a cereal grain-transporting and discharging tubular device 6 for receiving, transporting and discharging the cereal grains, and the elongating and contracting operations of the transporting tube 13 for moving is installed as freely elongating and contracting at the transporting tube 8 for fixing. Also, in the case that the cereal-discharging port 14a of the discharging tube 14 is not positioned directly above the large cereal grain-receiving bag 6a, the position of the cereal grain-discharging port 14a of the discharging tube 14 is transported by finely adjusting its rotative movement so as to position it at the position directly above the bag 6a. The device is constituted by installing the vertical transporting tube as capable of left and right freely pivoting, the transporting tube 13 for moving as freely elongating and contracting, and the discharging tube 14 as freely rotatively moving.
