An aramid tissue material composed of two components, aramid short fibers and fibrillated aramid, or these two components and aramid hybrid, characterized in that the following expressions (1) and (2)/are satisfied; [Internal resistance] (mum)<=250 (mum) expression (1), and [Oken-type gas permeability] (sec/100 cm<3>)>=0.5 (sec/100 cm<3>) expression (2), wherein the [internal resistance] is a resistance being calculated according to the following expression (3); [Internal resistance] (mum)=[electric conductivity of electrolyte]/[electric conductivity when electrolyte is injected into tissue material]x[thickness of tissue material] (mum) formula (3).
