PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an adhesive sheet having both excellent air removability and adhesiveness, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet having an adhesive sheet body having a surface substrate 2 and an adhesive layer 3 laminated to one side of the surface substrate is characterized in that the adhesive layer 3 has dent portions 4 and outer edge protrusion portions 5 each adjacent to at least one portion of the outer edge of the dent portion 4.
