FIELD: mixing of explosive compositions. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mixing of explosive compositions containing a polydispersed powdery oxidizing agent and liquid-viscous components in the continuous mixer. The method includes: conducting a dust-covering of the line of the pneumatic transportation before the first transportation of a powdery oxidizing agent for stirring action; transportation of a powdery oxidizing agent with the productivity of (2-4). 103 kg/h in amount of one operating mass of a discharger into a separate container; batching of the powdery oxidizing agent in the beginning of stirring action of components of the composition in amount of 1-2 operating masses in the discharger with a value of the batch exceeding a batch calculated value by 0.8-1.5 mass %; maintaining in a discharger in the process of batching and stirring action a layer of a powdery oxidizing agent in amount of no less than 15 % of its operating mass. The invention ensures reproducibility of the output characteristics of the composition based on a powdery oxidizing agent inclined to a lamination. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures restoration of the output characteristics of the composition based on a powdery oxidizing agent inclined to a lamination. ^ 7 ex, 1 tbl |
