PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hands-free system, a mobile communication terminal, and a hands-free control method whereby imposition of a speech charge takes place although a speech between a hands-free apparatus and a mobile communication terminal cannot be available in the case that a communication error takes place in the communication between the mobile communication terminal and the hands-free apparatus when the hands-free apparatus makes a call to the mobile communication terminal and thereafter the mobile communication terminal receives no call. SOLUTION: A control section of the mobile communication terminal carries out a voice link establishing operation to make communication of a speech voice between the mobile communication terminal and the hands-free apparatus (step S11f), and the hands-free apparatus makes a call to the mobile communication terminal (step S11g). When the establishing of the voice link is failed ("failure of establishment" in step S11h), the call origination carried out in the step S11g is stopped (step S11i). COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
