PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To timely ensure a photographing opportunity in a photographing mode during receiving a transport stream and displaying the stream. SOLUTION: The transport stream to be distributed is received by a receiving means, and the half-depression operation of a release button is performed during activating the receiving mode for compositing received image data to display the composited image data on an LCD panel. When this operation is performed, the device shifts to an imaging mode to display an image to be picked up by a CCD sensor, and is displayed on an LCD panel. Also, the stream to be received during shifting to the photographing mode are recorded in a memory. Further, after photographing images in the photographing mode, stream video recording is finished, and the device automatically returns to the receiving mode and the stream receiving at present is displayed again on the LCD panel.
