PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of highly precisely specifying which wheel is related to data to be transmitted from wheel to an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) or the like. SOLUTION: Each wheel 20 of a vehicle 10 is provided with a wheel accelerating/deceleration speed sensor 30, a noise detecting device 32, a transmitter 40 and a transmission antenna 50. The detection result of the wheel acceleration/deceleration sensor 30 and the detection result of the noise detecting device 32 are transmitted to each transmitter 40 and a transmitting antenna 50, and received by a reception antenna 52 and a receiver 42 loaded on a vehicle 12, and transmitted to the ECU 60. The ECU 60 specifies a wheel equipped with the wheel acceleration/deceleration speed sensor 30 corresponding to the noise detecting deice 32 based on the detection value of the noise detecting device 32.
