PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging or power supplying circuit apparatus for easily setting batteries having two types of sizes such as a size AA and a size AAA. SOLUTION: The charging or power supplying circuit apparatus is formed with a first accommodating recess 11 in which the size AA battery is set, a second accommodating recess 12 in which the size AAA battery is set, a positive terminal 19 attached to the side wall 15 of one of the accommodating recesses 11, 12, a negative terminal 20 attached to the side wall 16 of the other first accommodating recesses 11, and a guide recess 13 formed at the other side end in the first accommodating recess 11. The negative terminal 20 is provided with a base 21 attached to the wall 16, a first contact 22 extending from one end 21c of the base 21, an arm 23 provided at and extending from one end 22a of the first contact 22, and a second contact 24 provided at and extending from one end 23a of the arm 23.
