PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordinate conversion device capable of performing coordinate conversion so that coordinate values are continued between adjacent squares. SOLUTION: The coordinate conversion device 100 for converting coordinates within a plurality of adjacent squares into a plurality of adjacent squares comprises a weighting factor calculation part 106 calculating a weighting factor by use of an input coordinate and the distance between adjacent squares, and a coordinate calculation part calculating an output coordinate by weighting a coordinate obtained by using a projection conversion corresponding to a square the input coordinate belongs to and a coordinate obtained by using a projection conversion corresponding to a square adjacent to the square the input coordinate belongs to with the weighting factor followed by adding. According to this, a coordinate in one square can be calculated from a coordinate in another square so that the coordinate values are continued between the adjacent squares.
