PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique or the like, capable of effectively preventing water in a medium which is reserved or held in a reaction region, from evaporating. SOLUTION: An interaction detecting section 1 is provided with the reaction section 2 providing a field of interaction between matters; a capillary section 3 being in communication with the reaction section 2 and sending a hydrophile medium M to the reaction section 2 by utilizing capillary phenomenon. The interaction detecting section 1, a periphery region 31b of a sucking inlet 31a of the capillary section 3, an inner wall surface of the capillary 31 ranging from the sucking inlet 31a to the reaction section 2 and an inner wall surface of the reaction section 2 are made hydrophile.
