PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely find out the peak angle even when the angle exhibiting the maximum receiving electric field ranges over a series of angle, and to precisely and quickly adjust the direction of an antenna toward the side of the transmission. SOLUTION: The receiving electric field and the rotational angle are detected for each prescribed period of time, while rotating the parabolic antenna. The maximum receiving electric field detection start angle ASand the maximum receiving electric field detection completion angle AEare detected, when there are the plurality of detected angles for the maximum receiving electric field detection angle. The maximum receiving electric field angle AMis calculated from the detected maximum receiving electric field detection start angle ASand the maximum receiving electric field detection completion angle AE, and the adjustment of the direction of the parabolic antenna is performed by the maximum receiving electric field angle AM.
