PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-piece type ultrasonic sensor for delivering expected performance by being applied to water gap flaw detection. SOLUTION: This two-piece type ultrasonic sensor 140 equipped with a transmission vibrator line 150 and a reception vibrator line 190 is provided with a platy sound insulation member 154 also functioning as a surface reflection reduction plate between the vibrator lines 150 and 190. The insulation member 154 is constructed so that it can move in an arrow A direction.
