PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having a drawer which is of high quality with less rattling, requires a small force to operate, has good food taking-in/-out properties, and improves usability. SOLUTION: The refrigerator is configured so that fixed rails 31a are fixed to both side wall surfaces of an inner box 20 and moving rails 31b are fixed to drawer doors of respective storage chambers, with the fixed rails 31a, moving rails 31b, intermediate traveling rails 31c and bearings 31d, constituting a rail member 31, assembled together in advance, thereafter, that a container 32 is held, and, additionally, that, when the drawer doors are opened to the maximum, the back surface C of the container 32 is disposed in a position anterior to a front opening surface B of an insulating box. Thus, the moving rails 31b can be moved smoothly, and the operability of the drawer and visibility in and removability of the container 32 can be improved.
