摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a tube T turns simultaneously when tightening a cap nut, the tube between instruments is twisted and the blockage occurs in a case of the structure to compress the thickness of the tube with the gap C between the maximum outside diameter D of a tube connection part of a joint body 2 and the minimum inside diameter part d of the cap nut 6 as shown in Fig. 2 in the conventional tightening joint. SOLUTION: The cap nut is divided into a cap nut body 4 and a sleeve 5 in order to prevent the turning of this tube and then the sleeve 5 is pressed into the cap nut body 4 in the condition as the sleeve 5 can be turned. The pipe joint is structured such that the sleeve 5 and the tube T are not turned even if tightening the cap nut body 4. The performance of the pipe joint is satisfied and cost is kept low by limiting the increase of component numbers to the minimum. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
