PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a locally alloyed metal product in which a part of a surface of the metal product is locally alloyed. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the locally alloyed metal product in which a part of a surface of the metal product is locally alloyed, a part of the surface of the metal product is excited at a frequency of 10-500 Hz, and impacted by a vibrating terminal containing alloy elements at the power of≥0.01 kW to change the material of a part of the surface of the metal product into a material with the alloy elements added thereto.
