PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic smoothly spread and extended well at coating, having excellent ultraviolet-shielding effects, and also having excellent temporal shining-preventing effects and makeup persistence. SOLUTION: The solid powder cosmetic is obtained by formulating (a) a composite powder obtained by covering the surface of a plate powder with barium sulfate, and further covering the covered product with zinc oxide, (b) a composite powder obtained by covering the surface of a plate powder with hydroxyapatite, and further covering the covered surface with the zinc oxide, and (c) an acrylic-silicone graft copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an organopolysiloxane compound having a radical-polymerizable group at one terminal of a molecular chain, with a radical-polymerizable monomer consisting essentially of a 12-30C alkyl (meth)acrylate.
