PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic molded form which can prevent a lead eluate from oozing out of a molded form of a resin obtained by recycling a waste plastic composed mainly of a polyvinyl chloride resin blended with a lead stabilization agent. SOLUTION: This plastic molded form is composed mainly of polyvinyl chloride and is of a dual structure that a lead polyvinyl chloride molded form 2 made of the material polyvinyl chloride containing the lead stabilization agent, is surrounded by a non-lead polyvinyl chloride molded form 3, made of the material polyvinyl chloride containing no lead stabilization agent.
