The tooth brush body further comprises a light emitting means (21) radiating light to the head part. The shank part is formed to pass the light, and elastic parts (34) and (36) are installed at least on the surface of the head part. Also, a tip light transmission part (37) formed by eliminating the formation of the elastic parts thereat is formed at the tip of the head part.</p>
