Disclosed is an air exchange apparatus comprising a housing (2) that is provided with at least one fan (5, 6). A used air path (7) extends between a used air inlet port (21) and an exhaust air outlet port (22) while an incoming air path (8) extends between an external air inlet port (23) and an incoming air outlet port (24). A first heat regenerator (12) is disposed in the used air path (7) while a second heat regenerator (13) is arranged in the incoming air path (8). Also provided is a switching device (71, 72, 81, 82) that can be actuated and is embodied such that the used air path (7) and the incoming air path (8) can be redirected in such a way that the first heat regenerator (12) is located on the incoming air path while the second heat regenerator (13) is located on the used air path when the switching device (&1, 72, 81, 82) is actuated. |
