FIELD: devices for heat treatment and homogenization of various products in food-processing, perfume, medical, chemical and other industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes rotary disperser mounted in reservoir, drives and product loading and unloading openings. Reservoir is closed with plate through whose hole dispersing unit is mounted; plate has product loading opening and product unloading opening is provided in its lower portion; unloading opening is provided with shut-off valve; dispersing unit is made in form of detachable housing where freely revolving shaft is mounted in bearing supports; this shaft projects inside reservoir as cantilever; projecting end of shaft holds rotor and stator is mounted on dispersing unit housing. Proposed device is reliable in operation excluding formation of carbon deposit and improving quality of product, thus obtaining products of required composition and physico-chemical properties. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. ^ 10 cl, 4 dwg |
