<p>An exercise mat is provided having first 4 and second 6 surfaces on which exercise can be performed. The material forming the first and second surfaces has different levels of resistance to impact, thereby allowing different levels or types of exercise to be performed on each of the surfaces. The mat may be provided with cover layers 8&10, such as non-slip surfaces. Intermediate layers may be provided between the first and second surfaces 4 & 6.</p> |
