The inventive method comprises the following phases consisting in: joining acrylic oligomers to bifunctional or trifunctional monomers in order to obtain a different application viscosity of between 30 and 50 seconds at 35 DEG C with a No. 4 Ford cup; adding a photoinitiator which, when stirred, releases free radicals in the presence of ultraviolet light; adding a silicone while stirring with a high degree of shearing and filtering the varnish using filters measuring between 10 and 1 micra in size; and subjecting the filtered varnish to an on-line polymerisation test consisting in checking the insolubility of the polymerised varnish by bringing an alcohol into contact therewith. According to the invention, the following proportions are used: between 17 and 30% oligomers, between 30 and 55% trifunctional monomers, between 5 and 15% photoinitiators, between 4 and 17% polymerisation co-initiators and between 0.5 and 2% silicones.
