<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability in NIR output and to reduce time up to data merging by creating a new calibration curve from the spectrum of liquid to be measured, the continuous measurement value of contained constituent, and a measurement value for each fixed time and updating the calibration curve. SOLUTION: An NIR 2 that is arranged in the middle of process piping 1 outputs NIR spectrum data 3 of liquid to be measured, and a PGC 20 creates the measurement values constituents A, B,... of the liquid to be measured that has been analyzed at each fixed time (for example, every 15 minutes) based on chromato data 6. Then, a measurement value at the same time is inputted to chemometrics software 8, a new calibration curve 9b is created for each constituent, and an existing calibration curve 9a is merged for updating to a prediction 9. After that, data being detected based on the new calibration curve 9b is inputted to a calculation value table 14 for each constituent for operation, and an operation value is displayed on a trend data display means 10 successively.
